Targeted focus on medium-sized companies
Our primary focus in connection with the acquisition and disposal of companies is typically those with 30-1.000 employees. Through our experience and international network IMAP, we have the expertise to complete transactions within a wide range of industries - regardless of nationality.

Our customers are privately owned companies, listed companies, private equity companies and venture funds as well as private individuals with a strong commercial and financial background.

International and national network
The small and mid-cap market, which is Advizer's target group, is difficult to permeate without an international network, as an increasing number of M&A transactions are cross-border based. Advizer is an exclusive member of IMAP - International Network of M&A Partners - which is one of the world's largest and leading networks for independent M&A advisers. With IMAP's global coverage, but at the same time local presence and insight, we offer our customers the possibility of finding the optimal partner at the best possible price. In an acquisition or funding process, the network provides the opportunity of a thorough screening and analysis of local markets and thus also the opportunity of identifying companies or investors that best match the buyer's criteria.

At the national level, we have a strong network comprising most of the larger companies and private equity/venture funds, and we collaborate closely with accountants and attorneys as natural partners. Furthermore we have a Advisory Board with members, who all have a large professional network within Danish trade and industry. With their specialist competences and daily work within their own network, they can contribute to strengthening our business areas and give us inspiration to solve assignments for our customers.
